Aluminum alloys are widely applied across various fields due to their low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent processability. To achieve energy savings and weight reduction, developed countries such as the United States, Japan, and Western Europe continue to intensify R&D efforts in aluminum forging materials and processes, with aluminum forging technology being prioritized as a core capability.
With the advancement of new energy vehicles, aluminum alloys are increasingly utilized in NEVs, particularly in passenger cars where their adoption has become an inevitable trend. As a specialized component manufacturer, hetian has accumulated two decades of experience in aluminum forging production, manufacturing management, technical applications, and mold design.
On August 19, 2021, in accordance with the *Wanzhi District Government Office Notice on Issuing the 2021 Sci-Tech Innovation System Policies and Innovation Voucher Implementation Measures* (Wanzhengban [2021] No. 2), hetian’s collaborative project with Beijing Jiaotong University – Demonstration Application of High-Strength, High-Toughness Liquid-Forged Aluminum Alloy in Control Arms – underwent independent application and multi-departmental review (District Sci-Tech Bureau, Finance Bureau, Aviation Industry Center, Development Zone Management Committee, and relevant towns). The project was awarded the 2021 Wanzhi District Sci-Tech Innovation Award.
